PAINT PARTIES

Cancellation/No Show

In the event you need to cancel your reservation, please email splashalittlepaintonit@gmail.com ASAP.  Notifications received 48 hours before the class will receive a credit in the form of a gift certificate in the full amount paid to attend a future class.  In lieu of a credit, you may

·         transfer your paid reservation to another person that is able to attend, should you choose this option, you must notify   Splash A Little Paint On It at splashalittlepaintonit@gmail.com who you will be transferring your ticket to, or

·         you can request a take-home paint kit to be prepared for you to pick-up at your convenience. 

  Less than 48 hours notification or a “No Show” will not receive a refund or credit.

**If you arrive 20 minutes late to the class, your payment will be forfeited and you will not be allowed to paint.**

Returning a Damaged or Faulty Item

We are sorry that you received a damaged or faulty item. We issue refunds, or replacements when possible, for a product that arrives damaged as long as we are notified within 24 hours. Any notifications of damaged products must be supported by photo evidence. Products will only be replaced with items of an equivalent level. Please return this item to us as soon as possible so that we can process the refund. Please bear in mind that all items are inspected on return.

Returning an Incorrect Item

If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, as long as we are notified within 24 hours, please send it back to us, and once it’s received and inspected, we'll issue the correct item, if it is available, or refund your payment.
